Our catering, sweet and savoury and high tea menus are available as a take away/outside catering option, either for collection or for delivery. If you are interested in hosting a special event at Madeleines, please see below:
  • If you don’t mind sharing the balcony with other guests, we don’t charge a venue hire.
  • If you are less than 25 guests and are wanting exclusive use of our balcony, we charge a venue hire of R1500.
  • You are welcome to decorate the table with flowers, napkins, table décor, table clothes, etc.
  • We generally host high tea functions in the early afternoon, on a Saturday, so we can have your table ready for your from about 11h30 onwards. You are welcome to join us earlier in the day, Monday to Friday.
  • We close at 17h00 Monday to Friday and close at 15h00 on a Saturday, however don’t mind staying open a bit longer, on a Saturday, by prior arrangement🌸
  • Madeleines is not licensed, you are welcome to bring your own bubbly or wine. All other soft drinks, beverages, food and customised cakes are to be purchased from Madeleines. We supply all glassware, ice buckets, water jugs, crockery and cutlery.
  • We add 10% gratuity to the final bill for the waitrons.
